It gives me immense pleasure to
share with the readers, the success story of Summit Intertrade.
Having spent almost 20 years in the field of healthcare and working
with Multinational Companies, starting a privately owned business
was infact, realization of a lifetime dream.
Driven by the commitment, of running a National Company, on the
principles & practices followed by Transnational operators in the
country, the foundation of Summit Intertrade was laid in 2001. The
name itself was indicative of the high standards, which were to be
followed by the company.
The Slogan adopted was:
Summit from its inception has
never resorted to easy sale, ie the sale of Low Cost Cheap products.
By design we have chosen to promote, high end products, full of
unique features, however unlike Multinationalsí we have offered them
to our valuable customers at affordable prices.
Another challenge was to choose CORE Business areas.
While Healthcare companies in Pakistan claimed representation of a
host of principals, and their widest possible range of Products,
Summit decided to Focus on Infection Control & Rehabilitation as its
Core Business areas.
We coupled our product offerings with Educational & In-service
Support to the customers.
It will not be an exaggeration if claimed that Summit Intertrade,
was the first company in Pakistan to have introduced the concept of
ZONING in CSSDs.
It would not have been possible if Summitís sales & promotional
efforts were not coupled by educational backup.
In the end, I would like to assure our valued customers that TEAM
Summit, shall continue its efforts to offer the best of Sales &
Technical Backup to its clientís in future.
